1. I'm confused. The website says My PSP Tubes , but I purchased my tubes
previously at Sticker Chick. Do I need to get a new license for my previous
purchases?
When you purchased your license at Sticker Chick it is what we refer to as a
"universal license". What that means is that you can use the same license number
for all purchased Sticker Chick artists. Since My PSP Tubes is the PSP division
of Sticker Chick, you may continue to use your Sticker Chick license number.
2. Will I need to get a new license number for new purchases on My PSP Tubes?
Absolutely not! We want to simplify the process as much as possible for
customers. All new customers will receive a PSP Tubes license and current
customers will continue to use their PSP Tubes license on all new purchases.
3. I have not received my order yet. What do I do?
Don't panic! If you do not receive your order, simply contact one of our stellar
customer service gurus to assist you at

4. Can I place my order through the mail or by emailing you to have it
processed manually?
No. All orders are to be
placed through the My PSP Tubes website only. We do not process orders
manually.
5. How do
I order a gift?
We do not offer gift
certificates at this time and are currently working on upgrading the site
to enable this option.
6. I wrote to customer service, but I have not heard back yet. How long does
it take?
Customer service will respond to your queries within 24 hours. If you contact a
representative to handle your issue, please follow through with the same
representative. Customer service e-mails and business information are located on
the
Customer Service page.
7. I received my order and my license number. Now what do I do?
It is important that all license holders familiarize themselves with our
Terms
of Use. Our TOU is conveniently located on each page as a reference guide. If
there is something you may be unsure of, please contact Customer Service for
verification.
8. Is my information secure?
Yes! Your information is extremely secure. All transactions are secure through
our server or through PayPal.
9. How do I order prints and/or merchandise from an artist that I like?
If an artist has prints or merchandise available there are a few ways you may
purchase them. First, be sure to check our massive catalog of merchandise at
www.stickerchick.com We are also starting to add artist prints on the My PSP
Tubes site and you can find these
Not all artists will be available for prints and/or merchandise.
10. How do I contact an artist for a commissioned piece of art?
Not all artists will offer commissions. Please see the artist's page for
information on how to contact the artist or to find their website information.
11. Which forms of payment can I use?
We offer both credit card payments and PayPal. All transactions are secure.
PayPal is simple and relatively easy to use for transferring funds. We currently
accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
12. My computer crashed and I lost all of my tubes. How can I get them again?
We highly recommend backing up all of your purchases either on an external hard
drive or burning them onto a disk. It is also a good idea to print your receipts
and faxing them to our office is also an option. However, in the event that your
computer crashes and you lose your purchases, please contact
Customer Service
and provide them with your full name, address, telephone and any information
relevant to your purchases.

6 months - 1 yr, 20% replacement fee
Over 1 year - no replacement support
My PSP Tubes reserves the right to to waive fees for any dire circumstances on
an individual basis only.
13. How do I report copyright abuse?
Copyright abuse is a very serious crime! We treat it as such and encourage all
license and non-license holders to report any abuse they may see in various PSP
groups or on other sites. All reports will be kept confidential.
14. Will groups need to acknowledge My PSP Tubes and/or Sticker Chick on their
sites?
There is no requirement for groups. However, we encourage all groups to
grab one
of our banners for their site. Tutorial writers who do use one of our artist's
images in their tutorials will need to link to us per our TOU.
15. Are the Terms of Use for every artist going to be the same?
Generally, yes, but artists may choose to update their TOU at any
time. Any updates will be announced.
16. I previously purchased a My PSP Tubes artist from another licensing company.
Can I use my My PSP Tubes license number with them?
Unfortunately, no. That would be against both the other company's TOU and our
TOU. You may, however, exchange your previous license for a My PSP Tubes
license.
17. If an artist leaves My PSP Tubes , does my license expire?
No. The licenses that you purchase from us are Lifetime Licenses. You will still
be able to use your license only on tubes and images you purchased from My PSP
Tubes. Should an artist license elsewhere, you may not use your PSP Tubes
license on any new images that the artist may release. |
