This is not hate
mail for you, but I know for a fact that
awhile back, a friend lent Jolene around
$1200 cause she couldn't pay her electric,
no food, etc. Jolene would never pay her
back. And this was not that long ago either.
The same friend sent her a nice camera to
use, and Jolene turned around and sold it on
ebay. When the person asked to be paid back,
Jolene would not answer and blocked her. Not
someone I'd trust.
You can post this, the whole world should

Subject: The Screwed One ....
I am
the one that was royally screwed over, by
Jo. I lent her, I don’t even remember how
much money. Well over $1000. I haven’t spoke
to her, in almost 2 years due to the royal
screwing I got from her. I sent her a couple
of cameras, then to find one for sale on
ebay, under her user name. Confronted her on
this and told her if she’s selling what I’m
sending, I can use that money myself. I
asked for the return of the items. HA!! That
never happened and we spiralled downwards.
She cries, and plays on sympathies. Her
world is what she’s made it to be. So in
dealing with Jo, do NOT fall for the ole
"woe is me routine" ... it IS a routine.
Oh yes,
we know that. Jo has whined to us a couple
of times about sending her check early
because she had to pay bills. Her pathetic
begging, pleading and sucking up made us
feel nauseous on numerous occasions so in
order to shut her up, we just sent her
checks early. If she quit continuing to give
herself brain damage by smoking those
filthy
cigarettes, maybe she could afford to pay
her bills.
The
money that had been sent was for vet bills,
electric bills, food, etc! I was never
repaid a cent of any of it. She claims she
didn’t ASK for money. There are MORE ways of
asking than she thinks. She’s a master
manipulator! I’ve witnessed her doing the
same things with her own family, other
friends, ex in-laws, etc, etc, etc.
Jolene
R. Burke is what is known as a "spiritless human" (AKA "garden variety"
psychopath, drone, or organic portal). These people look and act just
like we do but the only difference is that
they have no soul. "Their behavior
tends toward being glib, shallow,
egotistical, narcissistic, mundane,
predatory, and materialistic ... They lack
individuality, independent thinking, and are
strongly biased toward holding a herd
mentality ... In the presence of others they
can put on a flashy show of concern,
distress, or altruism for purposes of social
manipulation; for example, crocodile tears
to elicit sympathy, or doing something nice
for another solely to guilt trip them later
and extort a favor."
She also bent over backwards to get Cyrene
removed from MPT. While concentrating on
destroying my relationship with her, at the
same time. These actions including hacking,
as is mentioned elsewhere on the MPT site.
She’s even hacked into her in-laws myspace
pages a few years back. So this is something
she does and does often. Seems some things
never change. She forms false accounts, to
try to gain information on people she’s mad
at or wants to spy on. The internet is her
world and she knows how to work it very
well, in HER favor.
It
sounds like Jolene R. Burke is in need of
some serious psychiatric help.
I left psp’ing all together, when I split
ways with Jo. Due to the fact, I seen the
new line up of cronies forming and was
hearing all the BS she was spreading on me.
While having me blocked, in every way she
could. I still heard about this stuff.
Removed everyone in any way associated with
her! She THRIVES on attention and sympathy!
So I let her have her attention, while
feeling sorry for the new cronie line-up she
was forming. She has a 6th grade mentality,
when having her battles. If she’s mad, she’s
going to be sure she has a line up of
"friends" to be mad at you too. I SO outgrew
this, and WAY outgrew her! My life is much
more quiet and non drama filled since she
blocked me! Thanks for at least giving me
THAT Jo!

angers you conquers you." You lose Jo.
I asked for my money and camera to be
returned. Numerous times!! As I spoke my
mind to her and called her out on all her
BS. Never in public (I didn’t need the
attention, she does), always private emails.
Never received one cent ... never received
the camera. Not a cheap camera, as it was a
Olympus SLR. How she can take pride in her
possessions is beyond me. It’s stolen, and
only received under false pretenses. Nothing
I would ever be proud of owning. She has no
real life friends, only internet cronies.
There are reasons for this! Even having
fallouts constantly with her own family. She
will take advantage of, and use anyone she
can, to benefit herself.
The woman is clearly a
bitch.
As far as stealing art, she DID and she DOES
know how to remove watermarks. Always has,
and did (back in the days). Along with
pirated software, and movies ... she knows
no bounds on the internet or in life.
We feel
sorry for all the artists that Jolene has conned.
Sickly sweet-talking people who play
innocent are the ones you usually have to
look out for. Take, for example,
Jeffrey Dahmer. You'd never
know that he was a murderer and a cannibal
just by looking at and listening to him.
I knew
all her games would eventually catch her and
bite her in the ass. I was sent a email,
linking me to MPT, stating I was mentioned
there ... not by name. My day has arrived
... time for Jo to get her just rewards! So
I felt it was time to speak my side, as she
had done a plenty about me (after our
parting). Ya know ... the hurt puppy
syndrome, she tosses out so freely. EVERYone
in this world can’t be wronging Jo ALL the
time. Time for her to take a good look at
herself and ask "why always me!?"

Next, we pulled a report on this
number to see if it matched the 175
Northwood Drive address and this is what
we found:

surprise. That number did end up
matching the 175 Northwood Drive address
but who is "Jolena Reed"? Is that PTE
owner, Jolene R. Burke (AKA Jolene
Reed-Meeks) who lives on 289 Mebanewood
Drive or is that her mother? If
you look at the
stylish outfits in the closet
again (next to the teddy bears) it could
be safe to assume that it is her mother
or some other older relative. Oh Jo

It's not surprising that PTE's
incompetent "copyright violations
department" is completely clueless when
it comes to copyright law. You'd
think that an illegal,
unregistered and unlicensed art
licensing company (or should we say
"person") would know what the law is
regarding copyright and intellectual
property rights especially considering
that their business revolves around
protecting artist's work. If that's not
bad enough, PSP
Tubes Emporium owner, Jolene R. Burke
just also happens to be an art thief that has
a history of knocking off and tubing
artist's images without obtaining their
permission. Hmmm ... an art thief
operating an unregistered and
unlicensed business that licenses out
artist's work. See anything wrong with this
picture?
Jolene reassures her artists that their
work is safe with PTE even though it's
really not. What she doesn't bother to
tell them
is that nothing can be
legally done to protect their images
from copyright infringement unless they
(or she, on the artist's behalf) actually copyright every single image. Maybe
that's why we haven't heard from PTE
owner and criminal, Jolene R. Burke or
her imaginary lawyer friend.
Quit the charade Jo, stop lying for a
change, and let your artists know that

I am an employee
of PSP Tubes Emporium and Mrs Jolene R Burke
. I declare under penalty of perjury that
this notice is true and correct and that I
am authorized to act on behalf of the
company and its owner, Jolene Burke.
Based on previous emails, we've figured out
that if Jolene R. Burke or any of her
employees over at PTE state that what
they're going to say is "true and correct"
then we automatically know that they're lying.
I am writing
with regard to the website
www.mypsptubes.com which is currently
being hosted on your web hosting service.
The site operator is illegally using Digital
Artwork which is licensed by PSP Tubes
Emporium. Our attempts to resolve this
matter with your clients, Sandra Gilligan (aka
Sandra Padjan) and Brandt Stebbins, have
failed and as a result we are now seeking
your assistance. In addition to the refusal
of the owners to remove artwork which
belongs to artist who we represent, the site
is now being used for the sole purpose
of harassing, inciting threats against and
defaming the character of Jolene Burke.
If
you would like to seek assistance we
recommend hiring a lawyer and not a web
hosting service (duh). That's what they're
there for. We would love speaking with your
lawyer so please send us his contact details
so that we can ask him to educate
you on the law.
Firstly, the
site is making use of Mrs Burke's personal
photographs on their website without her
permission. They are doing so in order to
misdirect visitors to the site.
Jolene
R. Burke's photos are posted all over the
internet and are free to use. Check
Google,
Facebook,
DeviantArt, etc. We don't have to use
Jolene's photos in order to "misdirect" or
drive traffic to the site. My PSP Tubes
has been around for years and is
already on the first page of Google.
In fact, Mrs
Burke's image is linked to the website
www.criminalwatch.com in an
attempt to make it appear as though Mrs
Burke is wanted for criminal activities or
has a previous criminal record. This is not
only personally upsetting for Mrs Burke and
her family, but is sure to have a negative
impact on Mrs Burke's business. Mrs Burke's
husband's photograph is also used against
his wishes.
Boohoo, the truth is upsetting Jolene. Maybe
next time she should try telling it,
take her own advice and do what's right. As for us, legally, it wouldn't be very wise to
post false statements on our site therefore
you won't see any.
Jolene R. Burke's photo
is linked to Criminal Watch because she is
a criminal.
Dictionary.com defines the word
criminal
as meaning "of the nature of or involving
crime".
The word
crime means "any offense,
serious wrongdoing, or sin". What would you
call somebody who's in possession of stolen company property?
The word "criminal" fits perfectly, don't
you think? Once again, here's
proof that we purchased a computer and
had it shipped to Jolene.
Secondly, the
site makes claims that Mrs Burke is engaging
in criminal activities of which they have no
proof. This site has been operating
illegally for more than 6 months. Mrs Burke
terminated her employment with the company
in February 2011 as she did not want to be
involved in these actions.
Since her
departure, the company have failed to pay
their providers - ie the artists who they
are selling on behalf of - their due
royalties and have repeatedly accused Mrs
Burke of hacking the site to cause this.
However, as their webhost, you will no doubt
be able to see that in fact the site was not
hacked, and if it had been I am sure you
would have taken action before 6 months.
Alright, this proves that Holly and the rest
of the dummies at Farmville are really as
stupid as they appear. Don't you think that
a web hosting company would know if somebody
hacked into a site that was hosted on their
server? How on earth is anybody meant to
take PTE seriously when they clearly lack
intelligence and basic common sense?
We
would love to see Holly trying to lie in a
court of law. That would be considered perjury and
is considered a federal offense (see
18 U.S.C. 1621).
In court, you would be "guilty and shall, except as otherwise
expressly provided by law, be fined under
this title or imprisoned not more than five
years, or both."
Seems like you guys love breaking the law.

Lastly, My PSP
Tubes is using the website to display and
sell artwork which infringes on the
copyright of a number of artists who ahve
terminated their contracts with the company
and are now licensed under Mrs Burke's
company, PSP Tubes Emporium. This can be

below a screenshot of the violations and I
am now asking that on the grounds that the
site violates both the Digital Millenium
Copyrights Act, and your own Acceptable Use
Policy, which states that your services must
not be used for illegal activities. you
remove this website within the next 72
hours. If this is not possible at this time
I would ask that you at the very least
remove the images/web pages listed above
from your server, as they contain
intellectual property belonging to one or
more of our artists and also threaten to
damage Jolene Burke's reputation and
business.

that PSP Tubes Emporium holds the
intellectual property rights to the artist's
work but here in this email Holly states that
the artists do. Which one is it? Get your
story straight guys because you're making
yourselves out to look like a bunch of
ninnies. We suggest that you quit with the
big-shot lawyer act and go empty your piggy
banks and cash in your disability checks so
that you can go and hire the real deal.
As for ruining Jolene R. Burke's
reputation and business, please, give us a
break. Jolene can't continue going around screwing
people and expect any good to come out of
it. You reap what you sow. Isn't that how
the universe works? It's called "the
law of cause and effect", otherwise known as
karma meaning that for every action

You've
ignored our requests to return our
company computer and external hard
drive so you've left us with no
other choice but to expose you for
who you really are. You've been
nothing but dishonest with us and
your actions have disappointed us
greatly. We've sent you bonuses,
mailed your pay checks early, and
kept you employed all these years
even after we caught you lying
several times. What other employer
would do that? We don't know of any.
None of this would have happened if
you just returned the company
computer and external hard drive
when we asked you to. Was lying and
avoiding responding to our emails
worth all this? You now have to deal
with facing the reality that you
have created. Yes, you Jolene. You.
We can
just imagine all the BS that must be
flying out of your mouth at this
present moment. We know that you're
in panic mode right now and are
doing everything in your power to
save yourself including lying to the
entire PSP community. Go on, get all
your little cronies to post garbage
about us all over the internet. It
doesn't worry us because it's not
true. Go ahead and email all your
artists and brainwash them with your
filthy lies. We don't care because
no matter how hard you try to squirm
your way out of this, the
truth will always reveal itself in
the end and you're the one who's
going to end up looking like an ass.
Do you
want all of this to end? Yes? Then
let's make a deal. You make an
announcement and admit to the entire
PSP community and all your artists
that you are a thief and that what
we are saying is true (remember, we
have proof) and we'll take down the
site. You also mail back our
computer and hard drive, undamaged
and dust-free. If you sold the
computer because you couldn't afford
to pay your bills then you will need
to send us a check and reimburse us
the full amount. We'll post the
receipt for the hard drive on the
site once TigerDirect.com emails us
a copy of that. Sound fair? We think
that's more than fair considering we
saved your ass by not
suing you for interfering in our
business and breaching our
confidentiality agreement.
How
ashamed are you of your thieving PSP
past? That ashamed that you would do
anything you can to try and hide it
including lying to everybody? Go
ahead and make that announcement Jo.
The longer you wait, the more people
are going to see
this page and the worse you're going
to make yourself look. We will continue to post

Jolene needs to return our
